Shipping policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of being received. Tracking can be provided upon request.

LOCAL PICK-UP is only available for our local zip code 36561. If customer chooses this option, and does not have the ability to physically meet a crew member to pick the item up in Orange Beach, AL, then store credit (without expiration) will be issued and customer must re-order products using the proper shipping option. 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR IMPROPER SELECTION OF LOCAL PICK-UP OPTION. ONLY STORE CREDIT.

Repeated attempts to scam us out of shipping charges when no intention of a LOCAL PICK-UP, will result in your account being banned from ordering products using our store.
